2 1/4 teaspoons (1/4 ounce/ 7 grams) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
3 cups all-purpose flour (approximately)
bake at 190 for 30 - 45 minutes
